01 Intellectual Property & Reverse Engineering

The Software, including all source code, binaries, algorithms, and associated materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of Eclipse and its developer. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to derive the source code of the Software
• Modifying, adapting, translating, or creating derivative works based on the Software
• Removing, altering, or obscuring any proprietary notices or labels on the Software
• Using automated tools, debuggers, or memory scanners to analyze the Software's internal workings
• Bypassing, circumventing, or disabling any protection mechanisms embedded in the Software

Any violation will result in immediate termination of your license and may be subject to legal action under applicable intellectual property laws.

02 License Grant & Restrictions

Eclipse grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for personal use. You may not:

• Sell, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Software to any third party
• Distribute, publish, or make the Software publicly available without prior written consent
• Use the Software for commercial purposes or monetary gain
• Share your access credentials or allow others to use your licensed copy

03 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Eclipse makes no representations regarding the Software's fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. You use the Software entirely at your own risk. Eclipse is not responsible for any account bans, hardware bans, or other consequences resulting from use of the Software.

04 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Eclipse or its developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Software. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any other commercial damages.

05 Updates & Modifications

Eclipse reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Software at any time without prior notice. These Terms of Service may also be updated at any time. Continued use of the Software after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

06 Termination

Eclipse reserves the right to terminate your license at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.

07 Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
